EHF ESPD 1.0 available

The new format EHF ESPD 1.0 is now available in it’s first release.

This format is made available for those wanting to implement systems according to public requirements.

The EHF ESPD format is based upon the ESPD 1.0.2 provided by European Commision and the ESPD Int Project.
