New release for EHF-CV 1.0 and EHF-CV Request 1.0

New specifications for EHF-CV 1.0 and EHF-CV Request 1.0.

New specifications for requesting and offering expertise have been published. For more information about the specifications, see:

The specifications are designed to streamline the process of specifying expertise requirements issued by contracting authorities via their procurement systems, and submission and receipt of expertise offers from suppliers via their own systems. An efficient process for both contracting authorities and suppliers requires system support for both parties and the ability of these systems to utilize structured information for sending and receiving. Structured information also enables the more effective implementation of AI to support the process.

“EHF CV Request” and “EHF CV” have previously been published as PDF specifications on Anskaffelser.no.

The purpose of establishing these specifications on Anskaffelser.dev is to provide them with validator support. This lowers the implementation barrier for the service providers supporting contracting authorities and suppliers. For more information:
