New date for mandatory EHF Billing 3.0

Deadline for implementation of EHF Billing 3.0/PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 is April 1st, 2019 for the public sector.

Difi has agreed with the Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet (KMD) that implementation of the new electronic billing regulation in public procurement will be April 1, 2019.

Based on this, Difi will postpone the transition for EHF Invoice and Credit Note 2.0 to EHF Billing 3.0 for public enterprises from January 1st 2019 to 1st April, 2019.
