New releases for review

New revisions are available for review from November 11th. Date of release is December 10th.

This is expected to be the last release of this generation of specification as all of them are scheduled for removal as of July 1st 2020, except EHF Invoice and Credit Note 2.0 which is removed for use on January 1st 2020.
