Timeline for updates of EHF and PEPPOL BIS

This is the timeline for updated artifacts:

• October 9th, 2015: Release of updated PEPPOL BIS artifacts.
• October 15th, 2015: Release of updated EHF artifacts.
• October 15th, 2015: Mandatory use of updated EHF artifacts.
• November 9th, 2015: Mandatory use of updated PEPPOL BIS artifacts.

EHF contain updates as outlined in earlier release announcement, but please note the rules EUGEN-T10-R042 and EUGEN-T14-R042 are updated to have an accuracy of ±1,00.

The validator is updated with the latest artifacts.
