Standard forms for the publication of notices according to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 of 23 September 2019.
The Publications Office (OP) has decided to create a software development kit (SDK) in place of formal document specifications to cater for a more dynamic upgrade process than we have traditionally seen for notices. This marks a shift worth noticing for implementers of eForms as this has huge implications on how to implement eForms compared to former notice specifications.
