OpenPeppol Service Desk is used for the following issues:

  • Issuing of certificates (both AP and SMP)

  • Problems related to validation of certificates

  • Change requests related to specifications from OpenPeppol

  • Compliance issues

The following issues are handled by the DFØ on

  • Signing of new agreements as part of member onboarding or changes to existing agreements

  • Reporting according to the agreements

  • Support related to information on the autority part of

Please notice AP and SMP providers having an other Peppol Authority (PA) than DFØ must contact their chosen PA for issues not supported by OpenPeppol or are specific to the Norwegian market.
